These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinksTo.fyi, a URL shortening, link management, and click analytics platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

LinksTo.fyi offers multiple account tiers (Free, Trusted, Premium, Admin) with different link limits, features, and capabilities. Specific limits include:
We reserve the right to modify tier limits, features, and pricing at any time. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Administrators may override limits on a per-user basis.
Active links: Your short links redirect visitors to your specified destination URL as long as the link is active and your account is in good standing.
Auto-expiration: Links on free accounts that receive no clicks for 180 consecutive days may be automatically archived by our system. Archived links stop redirecting but are not permanently deleted. Upgraded account tiers are exempt from auto-expiration.
Deactivation: You may deactivate or archive any of your links at any time through your dashboard. Administrators may deactivate links that violate these Terms.
When a link is deleted or archived, the slug (short URL path) remains permanently reserved. It will not be released for use by other accounts. This protects users who have printed, published, or distributed their short links — ensuring those URLs are never hijacked by another party.
Only site administrators can manually release an archived slug in exceptional circumstances.
We maintain a list of blocked destination domains to prevent abuse. Links pointing to known phishing, malware, or spam domains will be rejected. We may also block specific TLDs (top-level domains) associated with high abuse rates.
If you believe a legitimate domain has been incorrectly blocked, contact support.
We provide click analytics as part of the service. Analytics data (click counts, referrers, timestamps) is available to the link owner and site administrators. IP addresses of link visitors are hashed before storage — we do not store or display raw IP addresses.
You may export your link data (including slugs, destination URLs, labels, campaigns, notes, click counts, and timestamps) as CSV at any time through your dashboard. We believe your data belongs to you.
You retain ownership of all content you link to through LinksTo.fyi. We do not claim any rights over your destination URLs, labels, or campaign data. The LinksTo.fyi name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
LinksTo.fyi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
By you: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@linksto.fyi. Your personal data will be removed, but archived slugs are retained per our slug retention policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. We will attempt to notify you by email before or at the time of termination when possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
